My name is Marcus, and I'm the owner of Optimal Termite & Pest Control. We're a local, family-owned pest control company based in Richmond, VA—not a corporate giant with sales quotas, call centers, and technicians you've never met. After more than 14 years in the pest control industry, I still believe one of the most important rules is simple: the label is the law. I strictly follow all product labels and look for opportunities to use lower-impact, environmentally responsible products whenever possible. My goal is to reduce risk to your family, my family, pets, pollinators, and the James River environment we all share. Having worked in Richmond homes for years, I understand the challenges that come with our climate, older foundations, crawl spaces, humidity, termites, rodents, and seasonal pest pressure.
